Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service:
New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note that delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:
North Island urban: $12.00
South Island urban: $14.00
Rural delivery (any region): standard rate + $8.00 rural surcharge
Orders over $70.00: free shipping to urban NZ addresses
The Complete FurMajesty™ Wellness Collection: free shipping to urban NZ addresses included in the bundle price. Rural delivery $8.00 surcharge applies.
Shipping rates are confirmed at checkout. Rural addresses are automatically detected at checkout.
Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of consumable pet products and for hygiene and safety reasons, our returns policy is as follows:
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Eligible Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return if:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
The product is returned in its original condition and packaging
Return eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (FURMAJESTY PRIVÉ)
For subscription orders:
Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made before the next billing date
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be refunded

CONSUMER GUARANTEES (NEW ZEALAND)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.
