1. About Furmajesty services

Furmajesty™ provides premium pet nutrition products and related services through this website. All products are intended for companion animals only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products and information accuracy

We take great care to present our products accurately. However:

• Product descriptions, imagery and content are provided for informational purposes only
• Colours and packaging may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice

All information on this site is provided "as is" without guarantees of completeness or accuracy.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All billing and shipping information is accurate and complete
• Prices are displayed in NZD unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Furmajesty™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Subscriptions (Furmajesty Privé)

If you enrol in a subscription:

• You authorise recurring charges based on your selected plan
• You may pause, modify or cancel according to the subscription terms shown at checkout
• Changes must be made prior to the next billing cycle

Subscription benefits are subject to availability and may change over time.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of consumable pet products:

• Opened products are not eligible for return
• Unopened products may be eligible subject to our Returns Policy
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method

8. Use of products

Our products are intended for use as treats or supplemental nutrition only. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring suitability for your pet
• Monitoring your pet during consumption
• Consulting a veterinarian if your pet has known sensitivities or medical conditions

Furmajesty™ is not liable for misuse or adverse reactions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, logos, trademarks and design, is the exclusive property of Furmajesty™ and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site for:

• Any unlawful purpose
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
